CNC Machining of Custom MTB Stem using ALCOA Aluminum

When riding on rugged mountain trails, all parts of your bike are important, especially the stem. As a key part connecting the handlebars and the fork. This stem are made of Alcoa 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and processed by CNC machining.
Alcoa 7075-T6 is a high-quality aluminum alloy, which is widely used in high-stress structural parts. especially in custom MTB stem machining. As a zinc-based aluminum alloy, it has good strength, durability and light weight, which is better than ordinary aluminum alloys. Its tensile strength can reach 572 MPa and yield strength 480 MPa, 1.5 times that of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. It can withstand the impact and stress during riding, has good fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for a long time.
We focus on the quality and performance of the stem components. We use authentic Alcoa 7075-T6 aluminum (If needed, we can provide material certification), which is heat-treated to T6 state to reach the best strength. Combined with CNC machining, the components are durable.
