Custom Robotics Parts Manufacturing: 5-Axis Humanoid Arm Shell

A robotics technology firm partnered with our facility for a new humanoid robot prototype project, commissioning us to manufacture the main arm shell for the robot. As a specialist in custom robotics parts manufacturing, we fabricated this complex aluminum component to exacting standards, leveraging 5-axis CNC machining to fully adhere to the client’s precise design specifications.
After production, the component underwent a comprehensive and rigorous quality inspection process, including dimensional verification, geometric tolerance testing and structural performance assessment. Every metric was meticulously measured and validated, and the finished part met and even exceeded all the client’s stringent requirements, delivering a high-precision, reliable component perfectly suited for their humanoid robot prototype development.
