Custom CNC Machined Stainless Steel Flange

This is a straightforward custom stainless steel flange component we produced for a client using precision CNC machining. The part features a flanged base with multiple mounting holes, a tapered neck, and a central bore lined with an insulating material, all machined from stainless steel.
We received the client’s 3D model and reviewed the design for manufacturability. The team identified the optimal machining strategy to ensure all hole positions, tapers, and surface finishes met the required specifications. We completed turning operations for the main profile, then performed milling for the bolt holes and precision boring for the central passage. After machining, each custom stainless steel flange was deburred, cleaned, and inspected with necessary measuring tools to verify dimensions before delivery.
