Custom CNC Aluminum Mounting Bracket for Automation Equipment

This is a custom CNC aluminum mounting bracket we milled for an automation equipment application. The part features a multi-step frame structure with two rectangular slot cutouts, an L-shaped stepped profile, angled faces, and several countersunk screw holes for assembly. We machined the part from a solid billet of aluminum 6061 using 3-axis CNC milling.
