Custom Aluminum Tool Handle

A customer needed a tool handle they couldn’t find as a standard part, so they had it machined to their own drawing. We made it from solid aluminum with a cylindrical grip, a recessed groove along the body, a disc head with a central pocket, and a blue anodized finish. It’s one of the custom tool handles we machine to spec when the right part isn’t on the shelf.
When the handle you need isn’t available off the shelf — the wrong size, the wrong shape, a special grip, a mounting feature that doesn’t exist on any stock part — we machine it to your drawing. We make custom handles and grips of all kinds: for hand tools, machines, instruments, medical and lab devices, and equipment controls — in different shapes, lengths, and grip styles, with the mating features your assembly needs. Aluminum with an anodized finish (in the color you choose) is a common choice, but we also machine handles in stainless steel, brass, and plastic.
