Custom Aluminum 6061 Keyboard Frame with Cat Paw Design

This case presents a custom keyboard frame manufactured via CNC machining. The component is made from Aluminum 6061, the frame features an open, irregular lattice design with a central cat paw motif integrated into the structure. This design is produced through precision CNC milling to achieve the required cutouts and contours.
A bead blasting process is applied to remove machining marks, creating a uniform, matte surface. This is followed by a black anodizing treatment, which improves corrosion resistance and provides a consistent, durable black finish.
Tight dimensional tolerances are maintained throughout the machining process to ensure proper fit with key components and assembly requirements. the finished frame provides a rigid, lightweight structure with a distinct visual identity, suitable for use in custom mechanical keyboard assemblies.
