CNC Machining of Custom Aluminum Industrial Control Chassis

The chassis shown in the image is a custom industrial control chassis made of 6061-T6 aluminum, manufactured via CNC machining. The complexity of industrial scenarios determines the “customized” demand for industrial control equipment – conventional standard chassis are often difficult to adapt to special installation spaces, complex interface layouts and harsh working conditions. We focus on CNC machining customization, adhere to the principle of practicality and reliability, and tailor industrial control chassis according to your needs to help equipment operate stably.
Industrial enclosures require a durable and aesthetic finish. After the CNC process, the parts underwent fine bead blasting to remove all tool marks. We then applied a black anodized coating.
