Manufactured from a solid block of Aluminum 6061-T6, The material was specified as 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for its excellent machinability and strength-to-weight ratio. Key features included ventilation grilles, precise slot arrays, and multiple mounting holes to fit custom internal components.

Internal Geometry. The process involved a volumetric material removal rate exceeding 85%. Multi-stage stress relief protocols ensure the base maintains global flatness (≤ 0.1mm) after machining.
