Precision CNC Milling Service for Aluminum Orbiting & Fixed Scrolls

A client approached us with a challenging orbiting scroll machining project: to produce a custom aluminum scroll for high-efficiency compression. The project demanded exceptionally rigorous Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards to ensure airtight performance.
Key Technical Requirements:
Flatness: 0.006mm
Perpendicularity: 0.006mm
Straightness: 0.006mm
Parallelism: 0.01mm
Profile Tolerance: 0.015mm
Upon completion of the machining process, we subjected the finished scrolls to a comprehensive inspection using our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The measurement data confirmed that every critical dimension fell strictly within the specified tolerances, perfectly matching the customer’s rigorous design requirements.
