Precision CNC Milling C11000 Copper Plate with 0.2mm Channels

We received a request from a client to manufacture a custom heatsink with high-density fin structures. The design specified the use of C11000 copper to maximize thermal conductivity. To achieve the required 0.2mm fin thickness and channel width, we utilized Precision CNC Milling to fabricate the component strictly according to the provided CAD files.
With the design specifications confirmed, our engineering team focused on optimizing the toolpaths for the micro-fin structure. Successful copper cnc machining requires strict control over spindle speed and feed rates. We configured our equipment to handle the fine 0.2mm spacing, aiming to achieve the target tolerances without compromising the structural integrity of the part.
