Custom CNC Machined Forged Aluminum Wheels

An automotive modification workshop contacted us, looking to customize a set of custom CNC wheels. After receiving their design drawings, we confirmed the key requirement: precise hole positions for hub mounting. We strictly control every processing step, starting with the blank: our blanks are all made of 6061-T6 aluminum forged by a 12,000-ton forging press and certified by German TUV.
Next is lathe machining: through lathe processing, the blank is shaped into the form that will be further processed in the CNC machining center, achieving a smooth finish while removing most of the blank’s weight. Then comes CNC machining center processing: we can carve the desired shapes and spokes on the wheel surface via the CNC machining center with high precision.
After CNC machining, tool marks remain on the wheel surface, so we carry out polishing: this step removes the tool marks and ensures a flat surface for the subsequent painting process. The conventional painting process includes three stages: applying primer powder, then colored paint, and finally clear coat (either matte or glossy). Each step is operated to ensure the finish is uniform and durable.
