Our CNC Machining Capabilities for PEEK
PEEK has low thermal conductivity and is sensitive to temperature changes, which requires strict control of machining parameters during the CNC machining process to avoid problems such as surface roughness, warpage, and dimensional deviation. Our team has rich experience in PEEK machining and is proficient in optimizing machining parameters for different grades of PEEK, ensuring stable and reliable processing quality.

CNC Milling PEEK
Suitable for processing complex-shaped PEEK parts, such as housings, brackets, gears, and structural components.

CNC Turning PEEK
Used for processing cylindrical PEEK parts, such as shafts, bushings, and valves.

Custom Processing PEEK
According to the customer’s 2D/3D design drawings, we provide one-stop custom processing services, from material selection, parameter setting to finished product inspection, to meet the specific needs of different industries.

What is PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone)
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a high-performance semi-crystalline thermoplastic belonging to the PAEK family, widely used in various industrial fields due to its excellent comprehensive properties. Unlike standard commodity plastics, PEEK maintains its structural integrity and physical properties even when continuously exposed to temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). Because of its high tensile strength and stiffness, it is often utilized as a lightweight replacement for machined metal parts in demanding environments where weight reduction and corrosion resistance are critical.
